Default PNP Hobbies and FORGASS Races

Guys and Gals,

This is a sad thing for me to type. But PNP Hobbies will no longer be
coming to our races. It is not cost effective for Pete to bring his
trailer. With everyone else selling stuff at the track Pete's sales
have gone so low that it is costing him more than he is collecting. So
if you need something Pete said call him ahead and he will bring it
because he still plans on racing.

Thanks Pete for at least trying.

Dave

This is such a shame, pete works so hard to cater to everyone. The race directors are to blame!they needed to ban all others from selling, are they there to race or sell?Pete you will always have my support! what ever happend to supporting your local hobby shop?

Wow, This is tuff for the racers. It is our own fualt for not supportting the trailer and to the people selling out of the pit areas, Thanks guys

To everyone that does not carry many spares, start doing so. I am giving this advice, as I for one only carry what I need. We are all there to race and must be prepaired. COME PREPAIRED OR GO HOME. Sorry again Pete, wish it would have been better for you. I will say, this could have been avoided and it is NOT the tracks to blame.

Maybe you guys don't have to worry about carrying all your own spares just yet. I have been working with the distributors and track owners as well as our FORGASS represenatives about minimizing the outside sales. As a mobile trailer we have to carry Mugen, Serpent, Kyosho in both 1/8th and 10th, and now XRay parts. This is a lot of stock to have on hand, to not be selling. I have devoted a lot of my time and effort in making sure the trailer is always stocked and being at all the FORGASS events, regionals, R/C Proseries, and Winter nationals. I have supported you the racers for a long time and will continue to do so with the help of the track owners: Jim Rice,
Kevin Hutchinson, David Larry, Garry Tuttle, John in Miami, and our FORGASS and R/C Proseries reps, and also you the racers. We will still be the on site hobby shop for the 2008 Florida Winter Nationals as well as the 2008 FORGASS schedule.

Thanks for those who supported the trailer.
Pete

It's great to see this has been worked out. I have not spent a ton of money at the PNP trailer but I know if I need something it'll be right inside that trailer. Pete...thank-you very much for your participation and continued support.
