So which track is going to start allowing the 13.5 bl motor to run in their regular race program? Will the 13.5 and stock motors be in the same class? That's the intent, right? I'm ready to race it now to get this class started and interest growing.

I don't understand why you have to be so negative. You aren't God, Buddah or whomever. I am sure the hobby shops could get together and do a "special" price. EVERYONE needs to remeber this is to further "FSEARA" not anyones pocket.

Yes Troy , you are right . Bill's comment is in regards to the brushless esc . Speedline as well as other shops have gotten together to offer the motors for a special price to help support new technology in the series . Its a pretty big jump to expect people to buy the new "stock" brushless without them being proven , but they have to get proven somehow . I spoke with Tim potter this morning and i am working on a proposal to present at the series meeting to have all the participating shops buy a couple motor and give them to the series as handout motors for trial use . It will not be a handout class , but we hope to come up with 10 motors for the trail . If you have already purchased one , you are welcome to run it . If you are afraid to take the plunge , we will have limited motors available for trail useage . A few other details i have in mind , the first 10 to "request a motor" for the next event would have to be done through the series , and the driver will assume all responsibility for the motor while they are using it , if you damage one of the series motors , you will be liable to replace it .
This is only a proposal that i am offering , i am still working on it , and I in no way speak in any official capacity for the series .
