Will the current track layout remain the same? That would be a big advantage for those that have been runing that layout for a while now.
I know it may be a little difficult, but a different layout for each points race would not be too far fetched.

there is a new layout down for the the points series. most likley the track will stay the same for all four races.

Like Kyle said new layout is down. The Layout WILL more than likely change for each points race. It may not be a huge change but definately a change.

BTW, I see that the cars will be teched, that's good. However, will there be a control tire? I know some have lately run RP-30s, including myself. CS-27s for everyone would be good.

Yes, control tires please. 27's are cheaper and they last longer. Sooo that seems like a good choice.
