Naples/Bonita/Ft. Myers RC racing!

I think there is a greater probability of availability for people to attend. I can work with it. I did however like the initial idea of Saturday nights.

We will be going to nights for the summer, as it is just too hot to race during the day. It looks like we will be staying on Saturday at least for the first series. Several racers contacted their employer and asked for Saturdays off already, so we will stay put for now.

Ordered an esc and 15t motor for the xray to run stock car, hope to join you guys next race.
Will be running a challenger VTA body and some normal touring car tires, does this fit the rules?

Sounds like you’ll be spot on for the rules. The brushed motors are to be closed end bell sealed non adjustable timing, for cost and even playing field. Dynamite and core rc make some in the 15-19 dollar range. 2 cell lipo none HV, and no generic touring car body, so the VTA type is perfect! Tires sound perfect.

Glad to have you racing!

Hi everyone, I just moved to Cape Coral from the northeast a couple of weeks ago.I’m interested in trying your racing program but have a couple of questions. The cars I have are 2wd buggy’s that raced off-road carpet,so that would be classic buggy correct? If yes are there enough guys running that class. Are the layouts just oval. I’ll most likely eventually get a touring car but that will take a little more time. Thanks, see you guys soon

Hi everyone, I just moved to Cape Coral three weeks ago from the northeast where I raced 2wd buggy on carpet and astroturf. I’ll probably get a tc car for your stock class but until then the easiest way to get on track is with car I already have. Is there anyone running 2wd buggy. Also are the layouts always oval. Doesn’t matter to me just asking.
