Just submitted layout to the county, Just waiting for approval, Then we will start lay out the track, track will be lay out in two phase, Phase 1 onroad will be around 110' x 85', Set up will be last year snowbird lay, Of course with change on lay outs in the future, Phase 2 will come in a few mouths later, Phase 2 will consist as a oval lay that can also be used for onroad for large tracks, more info and details coming soon!!

There only asking for outside dimensions, Not the actual layout, Shooting for Aug 18, For track layout for those who would like to come out and assist. Will post if there are any changes. Please feel free to ask any questions.
