Trouble and Troubles dad stopped into hobby hut the other day and we were discussing the Spud Pit, and we had pretty much decided that it is to simple.

When a Spud Run was first introduced to me in 2007, the high powered technology wasn't cheap enough to be in every ones hands so the 8 feet of spuds was rather challenging. Now as the technology is more common, the challenge needs to become greater!

So after i spent some time staring at the pit, I decided to use their ideas and the pit will now be 10 FEET LONG and you will also start out in 2 INCH Deep potatoes and work your way into 4 inches deep.

I think a few people took some videos of the run thru the spuds, this years track was a little bit longer, 15 feet to be exact, almost everyone made it thru the pit of doom, so planning on a bigger and much badder pit for the 4th annual spud run, thanks to all the people who attended as it was a blast, special thanks to Hobby Hut for putting on this event and all the guys who make this happen, but I would recommend that you make it out for the next one, so now if only I can find some parts for my crt.5 gotta love ripping both rear tires off the truck at the same time
