Come out to Rick's for our 4th race of the season. While pitting you can watch the planes scream through the sky as Rick's annual Funfly RC Airshow will be going on...(just try to keep your eyes on the track while you're marshalling).

Classes:
1/8 Nitro Buggy
1/8 Nitro Truggy
1/8 Electric Buggy
1/10 2wd open
1/10 4wd open

Classes will be added/divided if there are at least 3 entries. $15 for 1st class, $10 for as 2nd class, 3rd class is FREE. Practice starts at 9am, racing starts at 11am, Joe Z. Jr. will again be directing the race.

Also don't forget to bring out the 10 th scales. The racers found a pretty successful short cut that cuts the track almost in half. I was seeing low to mid 30s for lap times

I was out practicing on the 1/10 scale shortcut, it makes the track quite manageable for even 2wheel drive buggys. It would be a blast if it were watered.

it probably got watered last night! At some point it's better to sweep instead of watering. Getting all of that loose dirt swept off makes for a good surface at that track from what our past has showed us. I have a feeling there will be a lot of people out there tomorrow.

i went out on a limb on sunday and tried a set of panther step pins yea i know step pins? but hey i was hitting every jump with out an issue in some straight dusty spots it would even wheelie now so far i have tried jconcept double dees and proline calibers also had a pair of evil twins laying around and the step pins were by far the best

I am also looking forward to Saturday! This cooler weather is so much nicer for racing. I know the track will be good as I have heard different people planning on going out to do some work. Actually right now, it looks pretty good. I know Rick has been talking to a lot of people that have been running out there so hopefully they will come race. I am dying to see that track with a big field of racers. Hope you can make it.

I was just wondering why we have not seen any results posted for any of the races, it mught help draw some more folks out. Knowing that you have people showing up for each race makes more people want to be involved.
