Just picked up a 22. Hope to get back into racing this year. May only make a race or two, but looking forward to getting back on the track

Can't get too excitied, don't know what the classes and rules are yet.

If the gear I have falls within the classes, I'll run. If not, I don't see myself buying spec motors, batteries, tires, etc...

I found out last year that I'm allergic to starter boxes and the smell of grape scented mosquito repellant, so classes defined or not, this series will be like an r/c Allegra for me!

Voltage power is officially "all the business".

We may reduce the list as we get classes figured out across the state. We would like to have more in each class & less classes for better deversity through the heats and mains.

Short Course RTR Brushed: Must have oem Brushed motor...( this class is to include the MMR Spec racers and the Spec racers from Duluth plus allow any new racer with a brushed RTR ShortCourse a place to play)
Short Course Open, ROAR Tire, Wt , Body, and Battery rules( 2s hardcase only).. No 1/8th converted chassis, or 1/8th tire and wheels will be allowed in this class.
2wd Buggy Open, ROAR rules for open 2wd Buggy, Lipo must be hardcase.
2wd Stadium Stock, 17.5 Brushless or 27 turn Brushed, 7.4 volt battery source Lipo must be hardcase.
4wd Open Buggy, ROAR rules for open 4wd Buggy, Lipo must be hardcase.
1/8e( may be limited or not allowed at some tracks) ROAR rules for wt and power source. Most tracks will allow soft packs but may require approval for saftey on indoor tracks.. 4s Max, If over motored you may be asked to motor or gear down, RD Discretion.

4x4 Short Course. This is a provisional class and will be run based on enough entries in the class, We will strictly follow ROAR rules for Motor and Battery, 2s only and max motor size of 550.
2wd Stadium Open, This is a provisional class and will be run based on enough entries in the class, ROAR rules for open 2wd Stadium Truck, Lipo must be hardcase.
2wd Buggy Stock, This is a provisional class and will be run based on enough entries in the class17.5 Brushless or 27 turn Brushed, 7.4 volt battery source Lipo must be hardcase
If you race a class you do not see on this list as long as we have 5 in each class we will do everything we can to run that class also
After Race 1 we will start seeding heats based on your points position. Resorts will be done after rd 2 as long as time permits on race days.

Qualifing will be 3 rounds followed by Mains. We will race rocket round for qualifying. Qualifiers will be 4 or 5 minutes long depending upon entries and time requirements.
All Mains will be planned at 9 minute race duration, We will bump from lower mains, Single or double bump depending on number of racers in class.

If weather becomes a issue we may reduce the number of qualifying rounds done. But we will do everything possible to race in the scheduled time. IF the mains rain out we will use qualifying position for points in the series. If we lose the entire day we will work to reschedule the race in the next following weeks if possible.

We might make a couple of these races, is there a set entry fee?
