Default Radio Frequency Electronics 101

The antenna length is determined by the wavelenght you're transmitting on. You want your antennas to be a function of that (full wave, 1/2 wave, 1/4 wave). So Rx and Tx antenna lenghts will be the same brand to brand.

The cover is the same as the newer 3pk Super. The older 3pk you will need to replace the cover with the new, the old cover will not fit. The receiver antenna is about 6" long. However I have shorten it by coiling it up back into the case to about 2" long so it stays under the body. No problems as of yet. Works great...

I've run it off road elec and nitro and onroad elec and nitro. Elec onroad was touring modified foam. Chicky runs it in mod foam also. No problems with any of the classes I've run it in.

Sup, Paolo? I see you lurking.

Carpet Racer here too.

The system feels identical to standard crystal HRS. I'll admit, I was sort of worried it wouldn't feel the same, but it does. Thank god.

Futaba nailed this one.

The old spektrum units had a problem with the static electricity from carpets.
