Default 1/12 Suggested Rollout for 19Turn - Semitechnical track

Does anyone have a suggested 12th rollout for the following motors? Track is medium and semi-technical!

19Turn Chameleon?

19Turn Reedy?

Thanks

There are many variables, good start on medium track C2 45-47mmpr, for Reedy QM 49-51mmpr?

I run 44mmpr on small local track and at Fastcats in Oakville(large track) I ran 50.5mmpr with same motor.
