Default OLD SKOOL sedan setup suggestions for fk04

Bought the thing over a year ago built it and never had time to race it... Thats life with kids. 3 generations old already. Guess its old skool lol

Anyway looking for some baseline suggestions or a setup sheet for the following:
-FK04(box stock chassis)got ball and oneway diffs avail
-rubber tires cs22
-carpet
-track tight 80x36ish
-stock motors

Still a great car. If you can pick up a bmi 350 chassis and a ball diff for the front and the car is dialed on carpet.

Default fk04

When I ran my fk04 on rubber. I used factory set up tostart with when I buillt kit, to start with rollcenters and shock postions should be factory set. Use a white spring with 30 wt oil with 3 three holes opened in the rear. Then i used Associated blue spring with 40 wt with 2 holes open in the front.

thanks i have no intentions in spending more cash on the car but i have the ball and oneway diffs.
