hey everyone, i checked today and sure enough, i have caught the touring car bug! :nod: but anyways to my point. in the area they are starting up a club that will race every week on carpet. As of right now there are little restictions, the car just has to be a 4WD, 1/10th scale electric car. Most people right now have TC4s. i have done alot of research on the internet and can not really pick out which car is the best for me, as for my budget that will be 300 dollars maximum. i prefer getting a RTR.i want something that is a weekend racer that can compete and has room for upgrading.

Get a TA-05 they are cheap but can compete with the best. And the suspension is near bullet proof.
When u say $300 is that total or for the car? :confused:
Don't get an RTR as If something does break u don't know how to fix.
Where as if u build a kit then u know where every part goes and it makes it easy to know where all the screws go if u have to pull it apart and put it back to gether

the good ole' used TC3 is still great ; plus you can get better electronics with it for a $300 budget

I second that, you may also look on ebay. There are quite a few good deals on used cars that racers have either upgraded or grown out of.
