Default ? on ROAR rules

what is ROAR weight min. for touring cars.
IFMAR is 53 oz. is this the same as ROAR , or is it different ?

40 ounces - 1/10 electric onroad
53 ounces - 1/10 electric t-2 touring car

dang it, i am 48 oz. exactly, well i can add 5 oz. on my electronics side of my tc3 to distribute the weight more even then...
