For me it's just impossible to make two laps identical with a black body

Had a great result at my club championships today with the 12R6. Easily my best performance with a 12th scale. So happy with this car.

Looking for a servo recommendation for my R6
Something reliable and fast that you have experience with in your R6. Preferably available from the major outlets that doesn't totally break the bank.
Thanks in advance!

So its really over huh? Like over over? I cant believe I am about to spend hundreds of bucks on a "new" R6 roller... just for PARTS. Face palm. I leave on road for a few years and you guys cant even keep AE on road in business? (sarcasm)
Anybody got any front ends that will mount to an R6? I would like to continue racing these cars this year but the front end is kinda getting "fragile" and tweaks easily.

I mean. The 1/12 and touring car was really competitive and awesome but what the world really wanted… was a dragster based on a buggy haha.
things i did to make my r6 a little easier were crc balls in the front arms and going back to r5 steering blocks axles and kingpins. I also tried using crc parts but the arms are a little too short unless you can find longer ballstuds.
it was a very nice car with a lot of nice features but it was just completely unsuitable for people who occasionally hit things heh.
ideally they would have left the front end alone from the r5 and just focused on the rest of the car.

For fun I've been reverse engineering the R6, along with designing improvements. The hope was to at least have some prototype parts before the end of summer, but life keeps getting in the way.

I really liked my 12R6. It just needed an updated front end so you could tap a board and not screw up the entire front half of the car. I was dreaming of new front aluminum bulkheads - that joined left and right instead of the little posts holding the front end to the chassis.
