The other reason is for braking from what I understand, because when you brake, it can cause a spike to your ESC i believe, so when they run their spools and are braking lots, they need extra protection. Not sure if it actually increases braking power though...

You just watch... whenever you see a big event where the spools are in the cars, out come the shottky diodes (2004 IFMAR Worlds, 2006 TITC). Some of the Diode arrays soldered together at the 2004 worlds looked very funny.

415MSX setups would be great. Can never have enough setups to take a look at.

now there are 24, 33, 40, 55

in which application should we use each one?

I do not think the 24A and 40A versions are going to be produced. They must have decided overseas that the 33A and 55A would give better results.

Generally: hotter motor ---> higher amp schottky

Im using HARA Twister 2.1 with the option K.O. Super diode. If I'm adding the MuchMore 40A diode with it. Will it be benifit the ESC or it have no effect at all since the KO diode already did the job?

Don't think you'll feel the difference. The KO Diode will just work.
