I dunno, the suggestion to reverse the credit card charge as a first port of call was pretty silly.

Never had a problem with Fantom ever. I called them recently, they said they were a little behind with Chinese New Year. I'm sure the storms in the north east aren't helping.

My take is that rc companies are basically small companies. They may have to rely on products from outside the United States as well. This company produces a quality product. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Let this be food for thought the next someone wants to complain. The company did make good on their promise....

I'm going to see if I can get a mod to kill it.

rather than keep you waiting they got you your motor.

My Fantom 21.5 is a straight beast I love it. Call them on the phone like we used to do before the interwebz was here.

Are you serious?

Assembly of a brushless motor is extremely easy. If you can rebuilt a car, you can rebuild a motor. Seriously, short of being a douche and using too much force on the screws - zero chance to stuff up if you pay attention.

Plenty of videos on YouTube as well
