Traxxas 4Tec2.0 Ford GT...this thing is awesome!

Nice shell. Comes stock form as way too fast and expensive for a beginners class. Hopefully it will sell ok for Traxxas to dabble more in onroad.

And a VTA version would be nice as well.

It's not active rear steering... They just moved the camber link lower to accommodate the Ford GT's low profile body in the rear. If you look closer you can see the holes on top of the rear hub and diff case to mount the camber link more traditionally if your running other bodies.

seems like it will be a good speed run car with some work.

Does it come with metal diff gears?

I like this.. the electric 1/10 market screams for good looking cars like this. Electrics can be changed later.. it does not really matter when having two or more racing together outdoors. Like the shaft drive.

I think I'm going to put one on order over the weekend, I already have a set of the sedan sized Big Bores from the Nitro 4-Tec I used to own and might even consider pulling the Velineon/VXL3s out of my graphite chassis 4-Tec that I built from a kit in '99 that is just sitting around collecting dust.

Welp, bit the bullet and talked to the owner of an area hobby shop, gonna give me a call when they get their first order of them in. Didn't even ask about price either, I just want one. Thinking about ditching the GT body right off the bat for a Proline J71 Javelin body, don't care much for the GT and I've been wanting to get one of those J71's for a while now.
