Default What HPI TC Do I have Here

Got into my parent's attic of the holidays and dug out my RC stuff from the mid-90s. Hoping somebody can help me identify what I have here. My best guess is this an HPI RS4 pro from maybe '94 '95 or so? Possibly their first TC? I remember saving for forever for that Novac ESC and receiver.

Any of you old timers or vintage fiends know what I've got here?

Rs4 Pro2. The first rs4 had a 3 gear tranny for the rear drive.

Given that it doesn't have and area for droop screws on the chassis, I would say its a RS4 pro.

chensleyrc1 is correct that the original RS4 was 3 gear, they made the change with the pro version.

Here'a a link to see the manuals (Rs4, RS4 pro and the Pro 2

You are correct, it is the Pro and not the pro 2. Rear a-arms are from the old car.

Kregger is correct , it's been a long time since I've played or seen my HPI collection. Good old Rc find I bet in the right hands that car can still haul the mail.
