They will really help old farts like me to be able to see the apexes. On the other hand, I won't be able to use the excuse of "I can't see where the apex is" when I whack something.

now you can corner dive with another car a lot easier and not hit the pipe at the apex.

I have a suggestion I raced last weekend in Stockton they have are using these curbs. They are durable highly visible and we'll constructed.
These curbs are a touch too high. The curbs need to be lowered or wider. There were far too many cars leaving the racing area!!! That was the thought of most of the racers at this race.

Sounds like drivers need to widen their racing lines.

If you don't hit the curb, you don't fly off the track.

Professor you are so correct but we have many beginner drivers. Even that being said suggestion from your end users are helpful in improving your products.

Completely disagree.

My F1 soaked up the curbs with no issue. the only curb that was any issue, not for me, was the entry to the straight.

Any lower and they are useless.

Overdriving should not be rewarded.

I struggled with this horribly last weekend. First time our track had them. I was already dealing with traction roll.

It was me in Stockton that was all over the place. I wasn't intentionally driving aggressive. As a beginner I have less control over where my car is entering a corner.

We are using them here at snowbirds with 300+ entries and the vast majority like them... Placement could be better on 1,or 2. But for95% they are doing what they're designed to do . Keep racing clean and save bodies .
Instead of hitting the wall bouncing then bouncing into traffic or getting rear ended by the following racer thus mangling your body even more your pushed out wide or if your real greedy rolled over out of the way for passing traffic to get thru cleanly. 2 wheels are all they are designed to have on them at once . If you drive deep enough to go over or airborn I'm sure your cutting too sharp . FYI even the fast guys here at snowbirds running the super fast laps try not to touch them but know if they screw up by 6" they are still OK... But if you get greedy and try to ride on them up to the peak you will flip

I do believe snowbirds was a success . Had several racers approach me to tell me that the curbs had saved them 2-3 bodies over the week .
Also snowbirds onroad layout had over 103,000 total laps turned in it . And only 2 pieces got damaged and it was from improper application of the Velcro under the edge, which allowed the pro10/12th cars to catch the edge . Fixed those and things went really well .
