The wide one is not legal. It was available for the original kit "Pre-EuroTruck". The trucks are just re-purposed TT-01e cars.

Seems it varies club to club, yet we don't allow it either, however I have raced at another club where someone was running the wider hubs and no one seemed to say anything or notice or mind. ...but maybe no one but me knew?

...regardless is there an advantage to the wider hubs?

Yeah less tipping in my opinion my truck doesn't tip might get the hops from time to time but I have figured out to how to eliminate that fore rhe most part as well. So I guess I'll buy the smaller hex and see how it goes thanks for the input. And keep truckin haha

less tipping ...
...It took me about 1/2 a season of racing to get the hang of the truck. Mine no longer hops or tips. ..I initially had a driver figure in my truck ...took that out after the first race and stopped most of the tipping. ...driving style is the biggest thing in my opinion, just takes some finesse.

If it's legal where you are, applying ca to the outer rib of the front tires should stop tipping.

Where is everyone getting their trucks? I've googled these things and Tower and rcmart seem like the only places selling them.

Right now everyone is backordered unless you go overseas and that may or may not take a while.
