Looking at getting into the wgt-rclass

I am going to run the CRC gen x 10 rt kit

Was wondering what batteries esc and radio charger etc...

been out of racing for many years

Not looking to hard for information .The thread has been out there for awhile. ESC- G Force/Hobbywing XR10/or HobbyKing,
Radio I like Sanwa M12 other like Futaba.
Batteries I run Trinity batteries and Motors. The new Monster is very good ,been running white carbon but just got Lipo factorys.
chargers I like Graupner EX1400 others like the I Charger.

will the stock spec xr10 pro stock spec v4 work with 1s

Any one cell esc will work. The just stock or xr10 will work with a booster by Hw.Just depends on what you want to spend. I like the G Force TS120 myself.
