I bought 1 pre cut after that I rather take the extra few minutes and mount the body properly and cut it so is perfect to my set up (wheelbase) |

Ya because of the different set ups and such no precut will be perfect. The first one I got (M410) worked so well and required minimal modification I thought I'd go for the JP8 in a pre-cut. The $4 difference in price is a bargain not to have to cut it out, especially the wing. This JP8 just fits really strange around the wheel base. Like it was made too short. I havent measured yet but I'd be willing to bet the difference between the wheel openings is larger for the M410 than the JP8 probably by 5-7mm. They should be the same I would think since they are pre-cut for the same chassis.

Hi all - any opinions on the general performance of the Striker? I’m considering this body because I’m OCD and would like to run the same body style on both my EP TC and the IC TC I plan on buying soon (since the Striker is the only 200mm body bittyDesign sells ATM). Thanks! |

Whats your suggestion for a shell on a large asphalt track, mixed infield and a 130' straight for the 21.5 stock/blinky tc class ?

I was doing some testing during and after racing this weekend. We have a smaller asphalt track guessing about 75x40 treated medium + grip. I tried a JP8 vs. the M410 both precut. The JP8 for sure has more corner rotation than the M410. It felt more "slippery" for lack of a better term to me than the M410. I felt like I was driving faster and turning sharper with the JP8 but actually had a better race results with the M410. For my style I liked the M410 as I like a tighter car more than loose in the rear end. But I could see where the extra rotation and steering are helpful with the JP8. I didnt change setup between tests other than dropping the rear body mount 1 hole lower for the JP8 vs. the M410.

When using the Bittydesign body trace kit what’s a safe number to start with 6, 7, 8 or 9? Thanks |

I'm probably totally wrong...but, after zooming in on the photo, I'll take a wild (VERY wild) guess that's it's Ferrari-based.

Looks like it's going to have a ton of steering

Would love to see more 200mm versions of your 190mm shells. Personally, I’d like to be able to run the same body style between both my chassis. |
