After I run my batteries, I use a SpinTec discharger and once the discharge and the maintenance mode is complete I use a Novak Smart Tray set at .3 for discharging and equalizing the final volts out. I have recently purchased a MultiMeter to check the Voltage of each cell. I am seeing some minor inconsistencies when the Smart Tray cuts off. Probably the cell, so I am re-running the Smart tray about 4-6 times as this seems to bring each cell inline for the most part. Hope this helps in your decision :-)
