Default Affordable P/T Option

I found this link to the Dart radio system. They advertise synthesized Tx modules for M8, 3PK, and KO. Their "raceiver" has three channels for telemetry AND acts as a personal transponder.

This info is per the website

http://www.nimblemotorsports.com/home.html

I hope this helps

The way I understand it...

With the nimble Dart the race track must install additional equipment onto the AMB loop and decoder box in order to make it work.

I don't see anyone talking a racetrack into buying more equipment just to score your laps.

As a side note, we had one of their Nimble chargers and quality was poor at best. It did somewhat work, if you didn't mind the fact that the mAh readout was telling us our packs were taking 5000mAh+ charges, and that the adjustment knob wobbled badly, the case was cut crooked, it wouldn't power external devices as advertised, had to be sent back in and "upgraded" because it false peaked literally up to eight or nine times a pack (on *good* packs).. some good ideas at Dart, but I'd personally avoid them at the moment.

I'd read thru this thread - http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=69960

Like LasagnaCat said, there are some issues with the Nimble equipment, and in my opinion, not enough answers to all the questions being asked - just a lot of marketing promo-type material...
