true i am not argue against that but because of how light they are, if they become legal Car makes will probably put out a new chassis lay to take advange and move it around other then just on one side of the car. i was simply talking about MORE modification and MORE changes and MORE chances for car makers to change things to try and put out even MORE cars... i just dont want to see that. we are already seeing a new car out every few months. i dont think we need to give them more reasons to design new cars.

Smack dealers by day, RC sales men by night.

"DOOOOODDDDEE you NEED THIS TO RACE!"

Such a joke.... this "hobby" is amazing for how easy it is to get kids to open their wallets to any stupid little thing Just wait... my "dual ball bearing ESC w/ triple hyper mosfet actuators, and trans state power flow" should be available soon for the low low price of $800.00

Because we know in R/C if its expensive you GOTTA HAVE IT!

Whats next?...Im sure IB will come back with IB4400's or something like that. I still run 3300's and a couple 3800's with plenty of runtime. The only people I see who are gonna be highly benefited by the larger capacities are 1/12 Mod racers and Mod TC using 8 and lower turn motors at a high level.

if you look at the quote at the top of the thread straight from orion the 4300s were designed with 8 min classes and mod tc in mind and the 3700sp2 for the 12t-27t so yea your right they baiscially mainly are for those classes for the extra run time.

Your first colorful post was uncalled for, but after reading your second I can see what your problem is. Prolly, do you mean probably, if you are going to act stupid at least get a dictionary so you can spell the words correctly.

Everyone try's to make this "battery war" crap so dramatic. Anyone remember how hard it was to get really good cell's 6 and 7 year's ago? Remember the price's we paid for them?

Good cell's are now so attainable, the price's have actually dropped. Face it, when a matcher can get a case of cell's and only lose between 2 and 4 pack's compared to having to buy three case's to get 4 or 5 really awesome pack's 6 year's ago...it make's it more affordable for everyone.

I remember having 6 cell pack's with avg voltage's of 7.06 or so @ 20 amps. Now I can get 6 cell packs that avg 7.20+ @ 35 amps...

You do the math.

take it easy man, people take this crap way to seriously. I am just f'n around.

If you feel the need to spend untold thousands on useless crap, feel free, I may just mock you for it

also thanks for being the spelling police, I would hate to see someone get injuired from web jargon getting into civilized and highly serious discussions about toy cars!

lol so true... the good ole day of the uber team matched 1700s and 2000s from trinity. i paid a good 100 per pack for the "team" pack. now you can get "team" top packs for under 80 bucks and as low as 65
