The only esc I know that can run a brake light system, is the Tekin G10/11 otherwise you could see how you could rig up a nitro light system which uses a microswitch.

Not sure what you would use to replace the microswitch on the Nitro Lighting system, or how you could replicate the -ve switching facility on brakes for the Tekin though, without having a Tekin.

I have a Novak Explorer II which supports brake lights. I believe it is disontinued though, but I've seen them on eBay on occasion. This Novak would be MUCH cheaper then the Tekin.... if that's what your looking for.

www.rcneon.com

they have a nice sets

but they run of a 9V that u have to attach to your body (but they can be removed)
the lights are pretty bright

and for 20 bucks u can get head lights and tail lights

and some some other price you can get fog lights with the two listed above
