Default Motor Ball Bearing

I just want to know how you guys install and remove the motor can ball bearing. It seems impossible to me since it's tightly fitted into the can.

No need to worry about that. By the time your bearings are worn, your motor would be well and truely passed it's expected lifetime unless something major happened to the bearing decreasing their life. Make sure you lube the bearings every now and then.
