i posted some pics of it earlier...didnt notice it was a single belt....if the my local kawada distributor bring it in ....i'll get it without hesitation if it's a single belt...as for kawada cars i really like the sv10II that i have

Yes it is a single belt.....just look at the position of the diff pullies...there is no stagger between front and back. Rumour here in Hong Kong is that it will be priced around US$333....which is not cheap (but HK std). Final spec is not available but I guess the car will lose some of its alloy........

agreed on the alloy parts...but at the estimation price it would be nice if there were more alloy parts.....my SV10II if full of alloy so it's look a lil bit heavy

They cut out all the alloy in the original II unless you bought it separately or bought the "final edition" SV10II......I had to get mine separately.......the alloy is very nice from Kawada..........

Talking Update ..

Well after some more reading....I have come to find out the following about this new T/C from Kawada

Total caster is 4.2 deg with a 3 deg C-hub and 1.2 skid.

The final drive is 1.75!! So it looks like you might have the optin to have a final gear from the ranges of 3.15 ('48 pitch' 72 spur & 40 pinion) ~ 11.86 ('64 pitch' 122 spur & 18 pinion) Size being the limiting factor..

As for keeping the all of the Nice aluminum parts ...they will still come with the kit!! it also comes with rear ball diff with carbide balls' and front 1~way...and the

Now as for "Rear Toe" it's fixed at 3'deg but there will be option for 0.5/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.5 deg blocks available as soon as the kit is released

You said it, Not me.

It looks like a nice car. Why does Japan get all the cool stuff?

I think i need to pick up some books, learn Japanese, and move across the pond.

looks like Kawada's site's been updated with new pics (with out Losi diffs )

anyone know if someone might be bringing these to US? Kawada makes some great RC cars and parts, and it's unfortunate that they're out of the US market.
