Lipo battery charger definitely, really not that difficult. Energy storage drives the world and we keep a close eye on new technologies. Chargers and battery products in general are getting major attention. Everything Keith mentioned would be in a pro level system or offered as modules that attach to a base unit. We really need several price points from a push the button to a computer with data tracking.

1/10 brushless is off the bench and has seen the track. There is a little vid on our web page and will be more soon. Performed so well first time out it may be sooner than I expected. Spring for the team and Summer for the public. Lots of details and adjustments to fine tune.. but she is fast and will be controllable. Just the tooling for a mold is likely 10 weeks after we design it. Some of the components are also 12 to 16 weeks to get in qty. Facts of business when you are using the latest and greatest available components. I wish it could be sooner believe me.

Watching 2.4 gHZ closely as well. I use a DSM in my M8. Cool technology with lots of potential.

Is this for real? Usually, my visions and ideas are so extravigant and "high hoped" that I dont even bother posting. A company that actually listens.. Dialed.

LOL, I would visit family in Rexburg and race over to Jackson Hole. Near home, I usually hit Park City, Snow Basin, and Powder Mountain. I wish I lived up that way now.

i would love the charger....
the charger only function as charger with small in size, light in weight and perform the task well...that's most important...
the discharge function, motor run in..etcetc....just bonus...
i think these can be use in other machine other then with a charger..

Wow.. you may be the first person who I have ever heard say that. Since these innovations, i could not see myself running a charger with out them.

As I stated, I have been looking to get out of the LRP stuff for a while, but nothing has measured up. Muchmore has some interesting stuff.. but without those "bonuses" as you put it.. makes it unjustifyable. Others lack the versitility, or are too big... or are just UGLY... "Gotta have the bling to be the thing"

I sincerely hope Tekin follows through. Having run Tekin's line before.. i am quite confident in it and look forward to seeing their offering.

maybe i'm lazy...
i rarely discharge my batteries by my charger la....
as i see in the track..al using Novak smart tray,...spintec batman...discharge broad...etcetc
the motor run in...i have a motor checker to do so...
or even just collect 4 batteries for motor run in.....
there really not much pt to have a charge with such "bonus"
so i like Pitbull charger much..it's simple, light weight...
and suppose one machine for one task....
then the performance and quality would be greatest...
moreover the price can drop..a bit, right?
just my view jei...

Hey, to each his own. I too have the smart tray. But after a race my packs are not even close to being dumped.. so it takes like 20-30 min on a smart tray to pull them down. I prefer to dump them @ 30-35A all the way to 5.4, then smart tray them. This requires a bulky zero-30 or reactor-30... or the like, in addtition to the charger(s), power supply, and smart tray. A lot of mix n' matched equipment on my table taking up valueable space.... If it were all one unit.... champaighn would rain down upon us, doors would open... music would play...etc... well.. maybe not.. but it would be very nice.

Motor run in.. the amp draw reading on the pulsar is addictive. It tells so little, but at the same time.. you can judge what a motor is going to do on a track. You can use it as a base line on any given day. Plus it is timed, so break in periods are easy to monitor. Necessity IMHO.

Back to the suggestions box......... TEKIN... two words: Timed Charge! Man oh man.. when ever I hit my packs for storage if im not racign for a few weeks... i always for geet abou them while packing up.. most get the proper 8-10 min of charge and at least one of them, never fails... nearly fully charged. If we could set up a profile to hit them for storage with an adjustable MAH max or time.. that would also be fantastic.

Default Discharger.........

I know this is really "OLD SCHOOL", but it has worked for me for years, and then I tray it just before recharge. I've followed it thru the discharge and it cuts off at 5.4v. Plus it is a great place for my truck to sit while I am conor marshaling or wrenchin'.
