Everything looks fine, except for the photo being a bit blurry and the wiring needing a little straghtening...

I see a few things we can help you out with, but copy and paste your post to the Yokomo BD forum and you'll get more helpful comments.

See you there!

The ball diff should be locked and super smooth. It's going to take a while for you the learn the different ways to make the ball diff smooth. I rebuild diff more than hundreds of times and bascially here are the steps ... keep changing parts, make sure all the parts are clean, no oil residual, put in the perfect amount of diff grease, black grease, massage, break-in and see how it goes. If not smooth, start all over again until you get there.
When the diff is loose, the car will spin out and when the diff is not super smooth, you'll have less overall traction.
Other than the diff., check your camber. I use 1 to 2 degree of camber and play with the camber links for different layouts.

King Of B Main & Burlap,

You guys are mean.

Jamie,
Just follow the instructions Ricky IS300 advised you. Your car looks fine. It just needs an organized wiring.
