Semi Truck Racing, -does it exist at any club anywhere???

I am talking about racing these:

just like the real things:

I think it would be a super fun class ...has it ever happened anywhere?

We had that in Germany some years ago.
The bodies really look good, but the cog is very high.

So it looks like you've mounted a semi-truck body on a touring car? Interesting ..that would be very doable at most clubs ...as all you'd need is a new body and body posts.

I was originally thinking of the actual Tamiya Semi-Trucks ...w/ the 3 axles.

Tamiya is releasing a TT-02 kit with a Racing Truck Body.
That is F'N Sweet!!
I would love to race that class... and w/ the TT-02 chassis you have the option to return to some other chassis.

You can get the Euro Truck by Mon-Tech Racing (M-Truck 007) from AwesomatixUSA. http://shop.awesomatixusa.com/index....product_id=400

Those look awesome. How many grams of weight on the chassis do you need to keep those tires rubber side down?

Racing something like eR1c said would be better than racing tourng cars with truck bodies....
At leas it would provide a good challenge🤔

Only thing is that full scale Semi Truck Racing is done with single rear axle trucks. I think the semi body with the Tamiya wheels with say usgt tires and a 21.5 would be a wicked class. I may even try it in our scale spec class.

On road Short Course! Is it the same as off road where bumpers are more important than brakes?
