Hi,

Regarding gearing, most people gear their car to suit the longest straight of the track.I don't race 27 turn, usually 23 turn.I gear my car at about 5.5 .I'm running on asphalt so maybe if I run carpet I'll gear some where a teeth 2 down to compensate for the extra grip and resistence carpet provides.

About setting up your BD,you can seach for the BD tread somewhere...

I have 1 more question to ask you the bed makes a slight clicking cross screech soudn when i accelerate but it goes away when i hit full throttle?

hey its not my belt its actually my tyres im runnign rubbers i know this because i took the tyres off and the noise stopped.
I put the front ones on and it still didnt make the noise then i put the rears on and it made the noise, could it be 1 of my rear bearings?
ohh by the way i changed rear tyres to see if it wasnt the tyre itself.

I'm not familiar with the BD's internal gear ratio,so I can't help you here...

But how to get the final drive ratio is by using spur divide by pinon and times it with the internal gear ratio.Internal gear ratio is different from car to car...

About your clicking sound.Maybe you can check your spur whether is it warpped or is there a small pebble in between the spur gear teeth. If not maybe its the from CV jonts...Take out the CV joints and clean it and install back again.
