Forgive me for my first reply...LOL
If you go to the TeamCRC.com website, you can compare the two chassis to find that there are 6-7 graphite pieces (7 including the front bumper) that are different. Guessing that the list prices for these pieces would total to $150-175.
Personally, I would just buy a new R/T to have all new components. But, the option remains to just fix the SE with SE components for a lot less money.

CRC sells a 235 conversion kit, but it is for the SE. Im assuming that you are funning foam 235, as I have never seen anyone run rubber 235. That being said, the RT has taller rear pod plates to compensate for the thicker rubber tire. I don't think you can get ride height with these if you are running foam. CRC still sells the SE, its what we ran in Pro 10 last year at vegas and snowbirds.

If you're running on asphalt, this car makes a great Pro10, as you generally run bigger tyres than on carpet. If you're running carpet, you'd need to check if you can get ride height with smaller tyres.
We've got one in our club and it is one of the quickest (if not the quickest) in the club. 2S, 4.5t boosted. I believe it has an IRS axle with the long left side hub. Not sure how the front was widened, but the there should be some CRC gurus here that know if the SE widening plates work. .

King pin, knuckles sidelink's it also helps to have a few extra sets of tubes with different weight oils already built for quick tunning options your going to want extra front springs and e-clips for when u break the king pin if u hit alot i would have a extra pod on hand to (just in case) but the kingpin and knuckle is really all u need
