I would have somebody measure the diameter of the KO antenna, then the threads. If they are the same, it would fit.

I dont know what the M8 antenna looks like from the bottom, but the Ko Propo Mars R one is that a screws goes in the threads of the antenna instead of a thread coming out of the antenna. You have to take the whole radio apart to change the antenna for the Mars.

fReShJiVe - Do you need the silver antenna for the Mars? I have one because I have replaced with a black one.

Well in that case the M8 antenna would not work. Sorry.

You can use Futaba antenna as subsitute for Ex-1. I saw some people do it before. You just have to aware that the EX-1 Antenna is longer than most Tx in the market. Futaba's tip is a little smaller than EX-1. Therefore, it will sink close to the very bottom of the EX-1 Case.

I'm afraid you can't use the Futaba antenna for the Mars radios. The Futaba antenna screws into the radio and the antenna from Mars you have to take the case out and use a screw to tighten the antenna down...

two different antenna

thank u guys for the replies
by the way could anyone help me measure the thickness of the bottom part of the m8 antenna...i will measure the KO antenna...if it's the same size i guess i would be able to fit it in...just need to know whether it will fit in the hole on top of the mars case...as for the screw part for Mars theres a thread that u need to screw in so i guess when using the M8 antenna i just need to fit a nut to the thread out of the M8 antenna...thanks again
