Default Which charger for 3000s, 3300s?

Want to upgrade to better cells and want the right charger, too. Which chargers do you recommend for 3000 UMH, new GP3300s? Thanks.

what is the budget you are on? if you are going for top of the line then you cant go wrong with a turbo 35 for just under 400 bucks.
there also are others out there that are much cheaper like the 16x9, millenium, pit bull and others. but mainly what you should look for in a charger to charge these type of cells are, adjustable voltage threshold, and adjustable peak charging amps.

Can't afford the Turbo. Which of the cheaper ones have the features you mentioned?

I just picked up a new Integy 16X7 Pro charger.

It is an excellent piece of equipment!!

Both AC/DC (110 volt and 12 volt included)
Charges 1-8 Cells from 50mAH to 6000mAH
Charges from 0.1 up to 6.5 amps
Discharges from 0.1 up to 20 amps
Cycles both packs and individual cells

$179.99

the millenium pro is about 150.00 but requires a power supply probaly at least 10 amps or so, it also has the pit wizard installed to tune your cyclone series speedos. there is also the pit bull from competition electronics which is about maybe the 160.00 range not sure but it may be ac powered. have not used either of these chargers but know people who do and work well. hope this helps some.

The Quasar Pro is also a quality charger. You can pick it up for around $180. And it has AC input so no power supply required.

Default 3300 charger

I just bought the LRP Phaser...it has charging, discharging, and matching to find out which pack is best (as long as you just compare it's numbers), plus the motor break-in function. With this option, you can run a lathe as well. Its small and cool blue, plus it makes a loud enough single chirps when charge is done, not the monotonus beep beep beep some other's do.

i own a T35. best cash i ever spent. But if i was shopping for a smaller unit i would go with:

LRP Phaser(does everything you might need to do track side +++ It has backup function that restarts your last function if someone turns off the powerbar or a breaker blows)

AE Quasar PRO(AC/DC but not motor run in)

The millenion pro dont do it for me. IT cost the same as others and still no discharge or powersupply built in. and there nihm function is not great you cannot set the delta peak unless you use it in liniar mode.

The CE PITBULL again is like the millenium with more noise selections but again no discharger.

i got the millenium pro and am happy with it but now i would much rather the lrp pulsar, it has way more features and looks cooler for similar price and around here where everyone and there mother has a millenium the lrp would stand out a bit.

Hi
I think the LRP Pulsar is the best choice.
1. small & light weight (T35 not allow)
2. No of cell 1 to 8 (T35 not allow)
3. PCS-2 allow fully charge all cell types (include dead and old cell, never false peak that is my experience).
4. cheapness (T35 not allow)

Cool

ACtually that is false. The T35 does charge 1-8 cells. The discarge though is limited to 1,4,6 or 7 cells.

It cycles at 35amps 1,4 and 6 cells and 30amps for 7amps.
