Default Steering Question

I just got my TC4 RTR, as you may already know. Well with my old RC10GT the remote and steering would be as so: Left = Back, Right = Forward. Well now that I got my car it is opposite, when I turn the wheel back it will go right, and when I turn it up it turns left...

Is this correct? BTW stock radio and reciver.

all you need to do is look on the controller and there should be a switch on it somewhere saying normal or reverse on the throttle and steering switches that you found

im not sure if you understand but youll get it by yourself

i hope i did some help

If your radio does not have a switch to reverse the channel you can swap the red and black wires at the steering servo connector.

I don't think that would be a good idea. That would be like plugging your battery into your esc backwards... smoke everywhere and one destroyed servo.

If you really want to reverse the rotation of your servo, you need to cut and switch the two outer pole leads on the servo's potentiometer. That's servo surgery that only experianced people should do.

Michael: like anthony390 said, there should be a steering servo reversing switch on your transmitter. What make and model of transmitter do you have? Someone might be able to point out where that switch is. If you have a computer radio, then you'll have to reverse the servo in the programming of your radio, which the instruction booklet will tell you how.

Oh I see the switches. They both (Steering and Th) are on normal, do I just want to change the steering one? I like the TH how it is (in to go forward, out to go backward).

You figured it out, switch the steering to reverse and that should do it .
\ Maybe alittle fine adjustments and you will be fine ..
good job Mike !!!!!

I got it working fine, had to tune some stuff, also had to put the TH on Reverse too. Then the freaking thing went wacko because the TH Response was all the way up (reversed it) so yeah. lol.

Well I just got home from Practice runs, because practice is over and racing is starting I don't have carpet tires right now so I cant race in the races. I could practice though. The people helped out out and I noticed I got alot better as the day went on. The TC4 ran great, and Im going to hit the track agian tomorrow for more practice.
