If I remember right, Scotty told me he is moving the Vegas race up a couple of weeks next year to sometime in August. R.w.

Perhaps you could look this side of the pond: the Carpet World Cup (unfortunately held last week) in Switzerland has been a huge success, and while your son drives you can enjoy all the benefits of that expensive flight to the states in geneva and lausanne. Your son can enter the race without any restrictions (places permitting) and may find himself on the podium with any of the best European drivers! Here's the link

The IIC no doubt about it. It is the best run event on Earth with the best competition. It eclipses all nationals, Cleveland, the Snowbird's even the World's as a racing event.

The Reedy Race would be second.

Well said Adrian

I think it is funny. The snowbirds was the one to raise the bar. They were the first to go live video, they have a awesome website, plus live race results where races can look at lap times. They have had hot chicks for years now I think after this year alot minds will change and the snowbirds will rise to the top again

Im not sure I understand....the Snowbirds was the first race ever to have hot chicks....please. Wasnt the same live scoring thing that the Birds used last year used for the Carpet nats of '99 and '00? Whats so Funny about it....Snowbirds did a lot of things and now the IIC has raised the bar. I would only think that the Snowbirds crew would do it again and raise that bar again.....then the IIC would do it again. Its just like anything were you have choices everyone is looking to out do everyone else. Right now the IIC is on the top of that hill.....Will the Birds bump it off I sure they will then Im sure the IIC will do it again. All this means is that the racers are going to have 2 of best run races to choose from.

What ever dude....I used the quote button so what ever it said above my last post is what you indeed had posted. It donest matter both races are awesome as I have been to both but the IIC just blew the doors off the Birds and I doubt that I will ever go back to the Birds again, but thats just my take on both races.
