It's getting close to race time ! 2 more weeks !
Is there anyone that's hasn't signed up yet ? Just trying to help Myron as much as we can to make sure the trophy count is Right. Ultimately I would love to see more interest in the pro VTA and IROC classes . the racing format for these 2 classes will be great . not to mention clean racing all the way thru all of the 6 heads up races . either your racing for the top spot against the best of the best or just wanting some more track time wile your in Nashville it will be well worth it ! Theirs several spots still open in these classes, so what is the hold up ? Do we need to open the eligability up to all A-main drivers from the 5 races Myron listed to fill these classes up? If I had a extra car this yr I would jump back in . it was a blast in pro vta last yr .

I'm sure that I'd finish DFL, but I'm interested. Can we still sign up for IROC GT?

Reading the rules for the IROC Pro GT, I may not qualify. Looking at entries, I only see three for Pro GT, only two of which have paid. Has the criteria for entering this class been opened-up a bit?

Ive tweaked the qualifications some....if you have an event that ran USVTA rules, and you ran F1 GT or VTA you can enter either class

Pro Invitational Class sponsored by Novak and DS4L
a. must have TQ'd or finished in the top 10 of one of the following events running U.S.VTA rules: Scale Nats(Chicago) Southern Nats(Nashville) Summit Nats(Ft Wayne) Halloween Classic or Summer Slam(Cleveland) Snowbirds Nats(Orlando) U.S.VTA Pavement Nats (FL) or the U.S.VTA National Points Series...other events will be considered
b. sponsored or unsponsored
c. Pre glued HPI VTA wheels and tires as handout
d. handout Novak VTA Boss 25.5, built by Charlie and/or Bob Novak. Built to be as equal as possible. One motor per racer
c. battery will be tech for capacity with the ICharger. NEW Rule is 6000 mah. Must use the same battery, limit 2.
e. simple points system 1-10, lowest amount of points wins. tie breakers will be times and laps
f. limited to 10 racers
g. random sort and starts using all 3 types: rolling, lemans, inverted
h. 6 rounds at 10 min each

also we are very close to selling out this year...barely 10 spots left....

so if you want in....$30 entry gets you in...you can add other classes at the event...

But if you are considering Pro VTA or IROC, you will need to get in asap...cause if we dont have enough, I will have to drop the classes....I will hold these classes open till Tuesday 9-13-16

This may be he first big race since the ROAR 25.5 motors became legal for VTA. Would you post results as to how those motors did against the Novaks?

The new motor rule was in effect for The USVTA Summer Slam at The Gate in July. Myron was there and maybe he can remember how the motors broke down in the A main. Rob and Kevin were also there and maybe they can remember. I can't. I know a Team Scream motor won.

looks like we are in the home stretch to we begin the 2016 U.S.VTA Southern Nationals in Music City U.S.A.

please check the original post as some things have changed....

also we are down to just a few spots left...if you want in...only $30 is the ticket for a weekend plus one of non stop USVTA action

$30 gets you more track time than you can handle....and if you run the Pro or IROC class...you really race for Free....you get bottle SXT($10) shirt($20) and set of rims and tires, pre-glued $25-$30)....that's over $50 worth of FREE items...and how much is entry?....my point is solid...so join in and get some

and not to mention the door prizes and prizes for the TQ signup racers

our tech will be on point, fair and honest....racing will have true winners

also where my Jr VTA?....Ive got a new sweet belt and trophies for them....and the class is FREE....Ive got extra everything if you have a kid that's whats to get out there with my daughter and bang some fenders
