No they won't. I've tried emailing to see if they would make an exception. No dice.

Okamoto san is great to work with.. his english is very good. I echo Antlockyer for using Beat1Racing. I've purchased many times from Beat1.

What motors are you guys liking for 17.5? Seems like the new rotors are a bigger deal than I thought.

Yes, this is a motor question but since I own YRX's I wanted to ask my own group before the hell comes in the motor forum.

I have been using Team Scream V2 in my YRX12, but I will be trying the SMC Low Rider 17.5 in a week or so. I have heard a lot of good things about the SMC motors.

What differences have you guys felt between the two different front ends ? Correct me if I’m wrong but with the internal shock layout less reactive caster can be use compare to the kingpin configuration.

when I've tried it in lowish grip it felt different but essentially the same performance. You can still get quite a bit of reactive caster with the pushrod front end by just shimming under the rear ball stud.I like the way the car feels with the pushrod front end, I like that I know my damping is consistent and that the springs are less likely to collapse.

Usually run with no shims under the upper arm.

I have but reverted back as itvwas slower. One of the guys runs a 1mm shim front and rear. Where he races tends to have a lot of initial front grip and he's trying to tame entry.

When you ran the shims did you change the springs accordantly? Check your pms
