I'm sure I'll like the IF11 - but I like them all, will eventually get an Xray as well. But I tend to bleed Tamiya/AE blue. Well, I will always bleed BLUE.

I just put an Exotek front end on one of my F6's and really like it - kinda wished that it came that way.

AE is getting out of the onroad game and the RC10F6 is being discontinued (if not already).

It’s difficult to guess how long parts will be available.

Can somebody list the parts and part no. needed to build the conversion to front mounted servo?
I want to make sure I don‘t miss something important.

It's in the instruction manual

well, yes, the manual shows the steps for building.
But to me it was not obvious, which parts are needed and what parts can be used from the kit.

So that’s what I count:
1x 8656 Forward Servo Mount
1x 8654 Front Top Plate Standoff
1x 8652 Suspension Arm Standoff, Upper (4pcs, + 4 setscrews)
1x 8636 Front Top Plate

Did I miss anything?
I expect I can use the screws and bushings included in the kit.

You're right, the manual doesn't explicitly mention which parts aren't included in the kit, but it does list all the part numbers. I think you've highlighted all the key parts but you might need to double check you have the right screws/ball studs handy.

Is there a stronger aftermarket axel that will fit the f1?

Or what are people using as I'd like to keep running the ball diff...

Unfortunately, I think I’m reaching the end with my F6. I’m tried of the same problems. The upper arm bushings.

Outdoor pavement starts next weekend. Carpet practice yesterday. Will see how it goes. Before making a decision on looking for another F1.

Default Exotec adjustable front end will fix that problem

hey Billy
If you swap out the carbon stock upper arms with the Exotek adjustable front end that will eliminate all of your bushing issues. Also makes it much easier to change caster and camber, no more need to have to take the front end apart.

Yup. Everybody been reminding me of that system. Seems to be out of stock everywhere. I had forgotten about it. I’ve run my F6 more this year then in previous 15 months.

The Exotek F1 Ultra is coming out very soon. The replacement set should be able to made to work on an F6. It's all about turnbuckle and ballcup length as all F1 kingpins are 3mm. I have a set on my FGX and one on my F1R3.
