I don't think you can beat Shimizu 571/572 combination. TQ or A Main have them on Schumaker pre mounts!

Actually I‘m more a fan of original schemes - but this one looks really cool!!!

Pits will work great on the rug too! Yep, TQ or Amain. Can't get the Ride tires to work on carpet - but the Pits work well on carpet. I don't get to run the F1 enough as the closest track is about 3 1/2 hours away, but the Ride tires work well when I run on outdoor surfaces. Never tried the Pits as I save those for indoor - will have to try try'em.

So I've read all 59 pages of this thread and I'm seriously thinking of getting this kit. I've come across a sealed kit or two locally but they're from the first batch of the kits release. I don't recall reading any major issues when first released. Any advice on which spare part or even hop ups I should consider prior to putting this together?

for me it’s been front wing. Parking lot has now been resurfaced, much smoother. I damaged 3-4 wings last summer. The other part is the side links. Think I broke 8-9 last summer. I’ve got a set from XRay to try next.

I bought a kit a few months ago to race on a black carpet track an hour and a half away.... let’s just say I haven’t built it yet and haven’t been able to get back in three months. I will be selling a NIB kit if your are interested at a discounted rate.

Default 25.5T Gearing

Hello all, my track swapped F1 to a 25.5T motor and I’m struggling to find a good starting gear ratio.

The track is a very small carpet track with grey carpet. Any ideas?
