need help with building a discharger
 

Hi,

I'm a micro racer and I'm building a discharger for my batterie (GP1100)

I will like to know if someone could help me with this:

1) I want to put a LED for battery (like the novak smart discharger) to tell me that the battery is now discharge.

2) Also, if I want to put a stop discharge a 0.9 v (like the novak discharger). how should I do that. The guy at the electronic shop told me that I have to do a special circuit board.

any help will be very appriated.
