Default TT-01 Competitive ?

I'm finally going to put the TT-01 to the test.
It would be the Evo 5 versus the TT-01 (same batteries, tires and very similar electronics).

Are those electronics really that similar? One's a brushed (19t?) motor running on a vintage ESC and the other's a moderate brushless setup! Despite that, having that proportionally small time difference isn't too bad for the TT01.

Also... what track has lap times that high??

swap the electronics and run the experiment again. That would really be interesting!

I don't have a real track in my area. So we race in a school yard(I.S. 296 - Bushwick - Brooklyn, N.Y).
I built a new layout. It had 6 Sweepers, 6 semi-short Straights and 6 Hairpins. I tried to learn the track with the 2 chassis as quick as possible.

How large is this track that lap times are roughly a minute long?

I built the track to take up a little less than half of the school yard(Eldert St side). I modeled the track to flow along the red running area (X3). I had to learn the layout with the 2 chassis in less than 2 hours.

Default TT01 e MAN Series

We have decided to start a box stock (except for aluminum center shaft and bearings) MAN truck series up here, just wondering if anyone has any build/balance advice? Grease weights in f/r diffs? dry gearbox or lubricated? Weight distribution? Anything helpful with the pogo shocks?TT-01 Forum-tt01.jpg

Is there any factory or aftermarket Sealed Gear-Diff for the TT-01?
