Well the dual ESC Drill motor conversion was a complete flop. It made basically no diffrence over stock, the power increase to weight increase was not worth it.

Does anyone know a manufacturer or part number for a 28 tooth pinion that fits the TT-01? Thanks!

Stichy,

I don't have the part number with me, but I know HPI makes the metric 48 pitch gears. I have a 28 at home. Check on the HPI website or part numbers. Robinson Racing also makes Metric 48 pitch gears, but I am not sure they make them as big as a 28 tooth.

When I get home I can check part numbers if you have not found one yet.

Thanks Larry! I did find that Robinson makes 0.6 mod pinions, but only up to 24 tooth.

This one from HPI I think:

As in later posts there is a combination chart, with the respective part numbers.

Hi all,

need advice here.

I have a TT01 convert to drift from day 1 (carbon chassis, carbon shock tower, alloy part, front one-way, lock rear, almost anything possible..).

I like to know what should I change (beside the tires of course) to make it as a touring again? Thank you in advance

KND,

I have purchased a few bodies off this ebay seller (gemstraveller):

http://cgi.ebay.ca/1-10-AMC-Painted-...item5191a61fac

I got the Mercedes and the Lotus body. They come painted and are about$20 delivered. I think they sell a few unpainted ones too.

Default 3Racing spur & diff cups/outdrives, how good ??

Hi there.
Ive been looking at the 3racing spur gears
http://os.3racing.hk/products.php?products_key=3167

and 3racing diff cup (outdrives)
http://os.3racing.hk/products.php?products_key=2015

how good are these compared to the genuine tamiya equivalent. Are the diff cups steel or aluminum ?? Do the 3Racing spurs last as long or better than the Tamiya spurs ??
Cheers

Default GPM, 3Racing or Yeah Racing??

GPM, 3Racing or Yeah Racing??

Which is the better Aluminium steering knuckle & rear hub carrier.
Or are they all the same
I'd love genuine Tamiya but just tooo pricey.
