Talking just got a lrp quantium competition..what is the best setup for tour. racing on carp

yes does any body have any exp. on what the best map profile is for touring racing on carpet.i just got mine.and i haven't got to try it yet...thanks for the info.

That depends. With a stock motor, I would choose a more "punchy" setup. If you are using a one-way, I would set the brake for as less as possible. With full-time 4WD, I would set the brakes for about medium. Maybe more...

Basically, the programming can change the feel. So it's also a lot about driving style and what you like.

carpet_killa - Start out with program #5. That is the one meant for stock racing. I've had many people tell me that #4 is better all around. Even for stock racing. I tried it and it didn't seem any different. Anyway, one thing I did notice is that the Quantum is much better once you install the LRP capacitor. The Novak one works fine also. My car (XXX-S) feel more "lively" now. As for brakes and drag, I set them to 0.

yes i also got the worlds edition kit ,witch included two caps. and heat sink. iput the big cap on and the heat sink. i set it up with a 5 on punch ,a 1 on inital break and 0 for the auto break. i like it.ooooooooooooh baby.

Are you using the cap with a stock motor? I talked to Cryul and he said not to run it with stock motors and only use it for Mod motors.
