Can someone confirm if the PRS pinions and Spur Gears (Lightweight version) fit straight into the T2 with no mods?

Here is a photo of the 'Pro-Lite Touring Version'

Only the newer batches of PRS pro-lite gears fit without modification...they feature three countersunk holes. Older pro-lite gears fit, but you must countersink them yourself for proper clearance.

Default GREASE

G'day fellas
I have to rebuild my t2 rear diff and i was wondering
what grease to use on the thrust bearing AND the main balls.
I have been told to leave dry but what are your thoughts.

The grease included with the kit works well, and only a very thin coating is required.

CHEERS!!
I would recommend using Team Associated Black grease on the thrust bearing, and also utilize the Associated Clear Diff Lube for the diff balls!!

Start with page 1.

James,

This is a pimp one: http://www.hudy.net/xhudy/products/p...5&kategoria=65

I saw a guy at our track who cut the ball off the end and put the wrench in a hudy handle. Now that was decent...

nice.... dunno which one at this stage. xray/hudy stuff costs a fortune. I just priced up the motor guard, and front c-hubs.. $106 aus... OUCHHHH

already added fr and rr hubs to the car $108 aus... ouch! it's painful on the wallet.

Ok, I think I am ordering the car tonight or tomorrow. I am thinking 1 each of front and rear arms and a few of each degree of chubs....some steering blocks....anything else to get going with it? Going to order a Pdub bumper at same time.

I have misc things like belts, diffs, etc from my 04. Just dont want to have to turn around and order something else from breakage right away. Would at least like a few weeks on it lol. The layout we are running now is pretty wide open so the potential of hitting pipes arent bothering me too bad.

I know you can use Kimbrough spurs without adapters. I did sand mine down to make it more narrow but it's not necessary.
