If you look here you'll find more than enough set-ups to start with

The stock (progressive) springs haven't worked very well for me on asphalt. I've tried them for a couple of weeks off and on, and the car just always does funky things when on power with those springs installed.

hi guys just want to ask what spring you used for tight ,medium aspalt track with couple of corners..some uses associated instead of xrays(silver and gold) but i tried to test which is harder between the associated silver and xray ithing xrays silver is alittle bit harder....cause i read a post that xray's springs that come with t2 is soft......actualy i suffer from oversteering.i was thinking mybe if i could change the springs to correct that problem....please help me .....thanx by the way t2 rock!!!!

On a small to medium indoor asphalt track I am running the following with great success. It has been working good with both a diff and a One way.

Front:
Spring: White (standard Xray)
Piston: One hole closed
Oil: Xray 30wt
Shock locations: Standard kit setting
Camber Link: Standard locations (inside lower) with 1mm shim on C-hub
-1.5 degrees camber
0 degrees kick up
0 degrees toe-in

Rear:
Spring: Yellow (standard Xray)
Piston: all holes open
Oil: Xray 30wt
Shock locations: Standard kit setting
Camber Link: Standard locations (inside lower) with 1.5 mm shim on top of hub
-2 degrees camber
0 degrees anti-squat
3 degrees total rear toe in.

Thanks Promatchracer. I am hoping to have finished product to post pics of within a week to a week and a half. I already have a bunch of orders prepaid and am eager to get them filled. I think once the first batch goes out and people start using them alot of the tweak issues will go away. I noticed a bunch of buttonhead screws were made funny and were causing the top plate to shift when tightening them. I highly recommend anyone who owns a T2, whether you buy a squaring plate or not, to get countersink screws and countersink washers for the top plate. This will ensure a good square compression of the top plate to the bulkheads.

Anybody out there that says their this car does not tweak is full of crap. Plain and simple.

My cure for this problem was a team pickles top deck.

I have heard from other racers that have ran it, and just have been at races with them that say they do tend to tweak easily if impacted. I've not had an issue, but I've had very few, and only clean racing on mine. But unless something is physically bent, I would think any minor tweaking can be remedied by just loosening the top deck and retightening.

I've yet to see a car so tweaked though that it physically couldn't turn in one direction then another. Something like that is usual damage, and well, you did get rear ended hard. Things happen ..

Follow up though with what it was if you can.

MY CAR WAS WAS CRASHED 3 TIMES ,TWICE BY OTHER RC CARS(1 WAS A NITRO AND 1 WAS A 1/12 SCALE) I WENT AIRBORNE,AND THE OTHER ONE I HIT A CORNER..BUT STILL I DID NOT TWEAK SO BAD..I DO ADMIT THE CAR TWEAKS ON A HARD IMPACT BUT NOT THAT NOTICABLE. MIGHT BE THE WAY WE BUILD OUR CARS OR WE SET UP OUR CARS. THATS WHY SOME T2 TWEAK SO BAD ...

If you don't want any tweak, start racing with a Tank

Come on guys, tweak after a crash is normal. Ever seen Michal Schumacher crashing into another car / wall and not having to rebuild the whole car?
