Not positive but on one of the pic's I think you can see the edge of the bleeding cap.
Speculation of course it could be a spring shadow from camera light.

So they are shorter but will the high dollar spring sets still be used?????

Default Bleeding Cap?

Not sure what you're suggesting. Do you think this could actually do away with using different springs? That would be great, a good step toward simplifying TC racing, but what do you see that makes you think this is a possibility?

I have heard that the springs will carry over to the T2....but they may also release an updated spring set judging by the unpainted springs in the pics (Pure speculation onmy part)

keep in mind that the 'old' picture has the droop screws cranked down whereas the new one is not as much so. if any.

I guess the question that you need to ask yourself is "whenever have you seen silver Xray shock springs?"

But, I sure to hope that the shock springs carry over from earlier models.

Jag88:

Hi,

I agree. at least I had the Kyosho sedan in my hands. got a real good look at it. I've seen it run more than once, talked to Josh about it at length. if both were out in front of me and I had to buy one..............

Thanks for the info Rocko!

For those of you who don't know, R Margiotta is ROcko from RC America. I'm pretty sure he knows what he's talking about....lol. Plus he's kinda fast

So the only difference is the shaft and spring cups- which means the bodies, pistons, top parts, and springs all carry over. (Whew) I can't afford $100 worth of springs again! lol

Xray is problably following Losi and Corally. By not putting any colors on the springs they will be more consistent with the spring rates.

Hey Tim, I've known Josh a long time and I'm constantly amazed at his knowledge of car design and set-up. I can't wait to see the production version of his car.

There were a couple of design issues with the Kyosho car that i'dhave to take a wait and see approach on..
it's pretty hard to judge when it's prototype level parts though...It'll be interesting to see how it turns out...

In the meantime...my mind is already made up...the more I look at the pics, the more features and design elements I see that impress time...can't wait to get my hands on a T2....

I agree with ChrisP on this one.

We both had a really good look at the car, the Kyosho car is awsome, but I need to see it in production form.

Will either hold off on a TC purchase, or splurge and plunk down the bling for a T2.

Nope. Pre request from Josh, no pics were taken of the car. I will also not describe anything about the car. Just need to wait until it's released.
