I just did NO spacers and cut a litlle of the topdeck away. No stiffness loss

Has any one noticed on the 06 how much driveline vibration is in it when the car is on half the steering lock the car shakes uncontrollably is this another poor design fault for xray

Check if the tires rubbing the shocks...
The other thing I check frequently is the pins in the CVD's. when they got loose in the front they don't fall off but rub the knuckle from the inside causing vibration...

Another??? What do you mean?

I don't have problem with vibration at all.

Check your front driveshafts and make sure they arnt coming loose, and make sure they dont bind when they are at an angle.

Yeah my drive train and steering are like butta as well

Are you running the multidiff in spool mode. Spools will often cause vibrations called chatter.

You're the first with this problem. Check the total setup.
And btw "... another poor design ...." is in my opinion very exaggerated! I like more balance in messages
And why why does the T2 (with off course good drivers) win so many races and international events!

When I first setup my car, I purposly made the belt extra loose and I experience d the same problem. I tightened up the belt to stock setting and made sure the steering throw wasn't too drastic and the vibration went away.

I had one of the drive shaft pins come loose and didn't realize it. It bent the drive shaft and when I turned it would lock up. Very important to check those before every run!!!
