Default Need help with JR XS3 setup

Hey everyone,

I purchased a used XS3 radio and I'm having some problems setting up the GT7 ESC I have. I've tried the online manual, but it just has factory settings. I'm sure it is a radio setting thing. when I program the GT7 it recognizes the throttle just fine and move on to the brake. I apply full brake and the GT7 doesn't move on to the next stage. It is not recognizing the brake. which EPA, EPX, etc. setting is affecting this?

Thanks,
-Eric

i had a hard time setting up my first gt7. print the directions and highlight the setup procedures that you are following. if this still does not work then check your radio settings. is the gt7 used ?? or new. also try setting up the gt7 with the motor disconnected.

I guess that is more of what my post was after, what radio settings do I check. This is my first XS3 and I bought it used so I'm not that familar with it.

Thanks

check your throttle servo setting . if the person before you ran a gas car before you, he may have had the throttle servo reversed to work. that is the only thing i could think of. other than that keep going through the setup procedures for the gt7
